Feels Like Home To Me...
Well, we have officially accepted an offer on the condo. The closing date is December 14th. The inspection was last week and everything went smoothly. At this point we are just counting down the days.
With December quickly approaching and the condo sold, we had to get a move on finding a new house. We exhausted our options in Cotswold and decided to expand our horizons to the Mountain Island Lake area. We found our dream home in Mt. Isle Harbor and made an offer this weekend. Last night (after some negotiating) we were able to come to an agreement and we have signed a contract on our new home! Hopefully the closings will line up so we aren't "homeless" for too long of a period in between. We couldn't be happier, and have even asked ourselves if this is too good to be true. Hopefully everything will be smooth sailing for the next 30 days or so. Cross your fingers!
This coming weekend I will be 4 months along so we definitely don't need to be in limbo without a roof over our heads! The house is absolutely gorgeous. The seller was going to be getting rid of all the furniture and furnishings so our offer included the house "as is", fully decorated. Moving from a one bedroom condo, we would have needed to buy a TON of furniture so the whole thing worked out perfectly.
We have had an incredibly busy week and I haven't had time for any creative inspiration for my chalkboard. Combined with my overall feeling of chubbiness, I decided to skip the pregnancy update this week. I will pick back up at 16 weeks aka 4 MONTHS :).

Second Trimester!
I'm not very impressed with this picture, but we were a little rushed this morning. The baby bump is slowly coming in! All of my Winter pants were a little big anyway so now they are fitting quite perfectly. Hopefully I can put off buying any maternity clothes for a few more months.
How far along? 14 Weeks, 3 Days
Total weight gain/loss: +2 lbs.
Maternity clothes? Nope, not yet
Stretch marks? Nope, but my bump is teeny tiny right now :)
Sleep: Still very very tired but I have been waking up a lot throughout the night. The air is very dry in the condo and the heat makes it much worse.
Best moment this week: Handing out candy for Halloween! Next year we will have our own little one to take Trick-Or-Treating!
Have you told family and friends: Yes!
Miss Anything? SUSHI! I was standing in line for a sub at Harris Teeter the other night and found myself rummaging through the sushi rolls for a veggie option. No Such Luck :(
Movement: Not yet
Food cravings: Bratwursts and anything salty
Anything making you queasy or sick: Gum or anything pepperminty
Have you started to show yet: Slightly. A few people have commented that they are starting to see a bump.
Gender prediction: Boy. I think the US tech at 12 weeks really got into my head with her prediction.
Labor Signs: No
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy!
Looking forward to: Finding out the gender!
