CHRIS-mas Party

Last weekend we stayed at Jason and Season's house.  It was our first trip up to Denver since they moved in and it was long overdue!  Season did a wonderful job decorating and picking out all the little details to make a beautiful home for her family.

That night we went to Chris Anderson's Christmas Party with Jason, Season, Max and Connie.  It was the perfect opportunity for Chris to showcase his superior landscaping skills :)  The boys played cornhole most of the time, on Chris' brand new boards.  Interestingly enough, also a wonderful marketing tool :)

I can't believe Christmas is only a week and a half away!  Hopefully I will be able to finish up all of my last minute shopping this weekend and use next week to relax and spend some time with family.  Happy Holidays!

The beginning of Holiday Season!

Either I'm the worst blogger ever, or my life just isn't very exciting.  Probably a little of both :)

The past few weeks have been busy with friends and family and decorating the house for Christmas.  Courtney hosted all of us for Thanksgiving and did a great job.  We got to meet Bill's Mom and StepDad  and his Brother and his Girlfriend.  Craig brought cornhole so there were games throughout the day before the big feast.

We decided to forego a real Christmas tree until we're settled in our own house.  However, we did get a full size artificial tree which is a nice change from the 3-foot Charlie Brown Christmas tree we used last year.  I also got Craig and I some monogrammed stockings and we decorated the front porch with some lights. Bentley's stocking is still at my mom's house so I'll have to go retrieve it soon so we can start stuffing it with toys and treats :).
