Flowe Family Get-Together

Last weekend Season and Jason came over for a visit and we went to a cocktail party at the Avenue pool.  The party itself was kind of lame but the company was good :)  We got to take pictures with our Flowe Frame too :) 

We told Craig to make Pop's Funny face :)  Just kidding.  It does appear that he was doing his best slingblade impression though.  Hopefully this weekend will consist of a lot more relaxation and pool time!

Charleston!

Craig and I decided to take advantage of a long weekend and went to Charleston for July 4th.  We stayed for three nights and were close enough to downtown that we really got to enjoy our time there.  We went to Folly beach twice, hung out with Craig's friend Ryan, his wife Stephanie and their two boys, Bruce and Daniel. 

Charleston is truly a remarkable city with great food and a wonderful southern charm.  Its amazing to be in a downtown that has an ordinance against skyscrapers!  Definitely a nice break from the Avenue's 24th floor :) 

We did the "all-American" thing on the 4th and went to a Riverdogs baseball game where we had an excellent view of the fireworks show afterwards.
